Three extensions to Chrome that I find useful (and hoping others might as well) are:

Too Many Tabs - for those of us who have so many tabs open we have no idea what they all are!! Gives you the ability to see mini screenshots of all your pages.
The next two are potentially useful for research etc as they allow pdfs ... webpages etc to be saved to Drive.

When installed they are little icons on the right hand side of the omnibox (address bar). Easy to delete by right-clicking if you find you don't want them after all.
